Glee star Naya Rivera got on my style radar last year when she started to play with Michael Kors and work her natural sex-appeal into his sleek All-American tailoring. She has that natural sexiness and smouldering face that can be all covered up in a Kors pencil skirt and long-sleeve, high-neck top and it can still work it's magic.

Of course skin tight leather also works well for sexy — but she sensibly covers it up in fur here and personifies winter holiday festivities style. I expect we will see much more of this unique take on fashion this year. I'm looking forward.
