A short while after 'retiring' from modeling, the lovely Agyness Deyn does her thing in front of the camera for UK InStyle magazine, March 2013 issue. The difference is now she does it as an actress, promoting her work, as opposed to a model being paid to do it. I think. Something like that.

Of course the unimaginably creative people on the job have styled Aggy to look like Twiggy. Like that's never been done before. Sigh. Surely there are fresh ideas out there?

Which is not to say that she doesn't look marvelous and captures the 'new mod' trend for spring 2013 perfectly. Of course she does. I am just sure that there are more modern ways of doing it. I mean even Lena Dunham (American, not size 0) was styled to look like Twiggy just last month.

Anyway, the genius Rankin took this pictures. The plaid dress is 3.1 Phillip Lim and the white is Moschino. And like I have to tell you the checkerboard skirt and top are Louis Vuitton. Lovely.
