Anne Hathaway caught up with her director from Brokeback Mountain, Ang Lee, for a chat session at a cognac event last night. For the highly paid gig, she wore a sherbet yellow trouser suit by Chloe, an Equipment silk blouse — LOVE — and shoes by Salvatore Ferragamo.

I didn't love the look standing up, but sitting down, it really worked well and Anne looked cool and comfortable for the event — and having fun. Because Anne is limited in her personal style, she struggles when there is sitting, standing and moving about in outfits — as she doesn't know how to adjust them herself for each instance. So when standing her suit jacket just needed to be pulled forward and tweaked a bit. If she had known to do that, this would have been a surprising home run of a look.
