Cate was attending the annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival this weekend when she wore this dress. And it must have been a bit chilly as she arrived in a coat. Somehow this also worked beautifully for the look.

But nothing made me happier than the suit and loafers she wore to land on the US west coast. Just look at her personal styling details — the turned up collar, the bamboo handle bag, the side-swept fringe. Sigh. One day I want to be this chic.
