Kenyan actress Lupita Nyong'o was honoured at a pre-Oscars luncheon hosted by LoveGold this week. And for the occasion she wore this utterly sublime Stella McCartney electric blue dress. Seriously. I am in awe. I am especially in love with the make-up. Have you ever seen anyone look this brilliant in blue eyeliner?

Now obviously I can live without the belly cutout in Lupita's dress, but not as much as I can live without the ubiquitous cut outs in Naomie Harris' Monique Lhullier jumpsuit at the same event. I hate the influence that Nooms is having on Lupita's style. And on anyone else I would have loved this jumpsuit. I just want to see her in something that DOESN'T HAVE CUT OUTS PLEASE. Just once.
