The best news I have had all week concerns Tilda Swinton. She is hands down one of my idols. Up there with the holy musical trinity of Cash, Cave and Morrissey. And this week we hear that she has been hand selected by Kaiser Karl Lagerveld to front the campaign for his Scottish-French collection. Brilliant.

The Swinton has long been a supporter of Chanel, being one of the ten select few who always gets a front row seat to the collections — and that's despite the fact that she is a muse and face for other brands. So this makes SO MUCH SENCE. So happy.

Also, earlier in the week, we got a glimpse of her in David Bowie's new music video. We my actually buckle under the weight of all this fantastic coolness. Swinton for Queen!
