Dita von Teese, Emmy Rossum and Dianna Agron in Carolina Herrera
With all her usual girls in place, this week's Art Production Fund's White Glove Gone Wild Gala honoured the legendary American designer, Carolina Herrera. And that made me excited as I have loved CH's collections for the past few seasons. Especially her use of print and colour. And the girls didn't let her down, with Glee's Dianna Agron resplendent in a flowing print gown.
Emmy Rossum from Shameless one-upped her in a fitted print gown that is slightly more challenging. But by keeping hair, make-up and accessories to an absolute minimum, she carried this off in a spectacular fashion.
But not as much as Miss Dita von Teese. She has been wearing a lot of CH in the past year and it suits her. This incredibly elegant navy and gold gown would have looked shapeless on anyone else. The addition of the black leather gloves tips an amused hat to the 'white glove' event and the colour scheme and I think it is genius. I love her style beyond almost anyones. Dita rules.
