It's been all grumble, grumble on the blog today. And then Jennifer Connelly comes along, all raven ageing beauty, in a couture gown from Givenchy from 2009 and makes it all better. First of all it is so very pretty. Second the gown is five years old and looks as relevant as ever. Third it is couture and that always makes a person like me happy. And finally, it fits so exquisitely it is as if it was made especially for her. I couldn't really ask for more. Thanks to all involved. This has made my day.
