Every now and again you chance upon a local fashion story that rivals anything you have posted from abroad. Yesterday, thanks to Facebook, I had just such a happening. As a fan of designer Gavin Rajah on the FB, I saw that he had posted the photo above, of this incredible laser-cut silk skirt and the sequin tee combination from his latest Spring/Summer collection.

It left me wanting more. And luckily there was. Shot by photographer Jesse-Leigh Elford, modelled by Jessica from Max Models. Enjoy. I can't wait to see the full collection.

UPDATE: After I had written this, Gavin posted another dress from the collection on FB. This time the model is Jenna Pietersen. Careful what you wish for!
