Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, in Beulah and Pippa Middleton in Temperley
This weekend the Middleton sisters had a bit of a blousy-sleeve-fash-off at a society wedding that they both attended. And this morning you get to decide who did it best.
Let's start with Pippa Middleton. She wore Temperley London, a label she is quite fond of and has attended their fashion week shows. The colour is beautiful on her and the stitch detail interesting. The sleeves are a bit of a problem though. Not sure what to make of them. Right? But the hat is light and jaunty and off-sets that rather fetching hairstyle of hers. Nice work Pipps.
Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, was rather less easy to catch a glimpse of but wore a nice floral dress by eco-label Beulah with her Jane Corbett hat that she wore quite recently to the Order of the Garter shindig. And her ubiquitous nude LK Bennett pumps of course. Can't forget those. Ever.
I like this look on Kate. It reminds me of the pre-wedding version of her which was more girly and less sleek and stage-managed. She looks like herself here. And for that reason (and that her sleeves are better) I am going to give the fash-off win her her. Do you agree? Not? Let me know.
