I have no idea who Delpozo is, but I like what they did for mini Mad Men actress Kiernan Shipka. I have avoided talking about her style to date as she is so very young. But in those pretty heels and this dress, she needed at 'best dressed' shout out at last night's 2013 Primetime Emmy Awards. How absolutely delightful.
