No seriously, my mate Alexa Chung is having a bit of a revival at the moment. It's because of you book, you know. It is called 'It', if you don't already know. And I have already read it and passed it on to the lovely friend who brought it back from Paris for me the week it was launched last month. I thoroughly enjoyed the book. It is a light read and yet is surprisingly revealing.

Alexa covers Flare magazine for November 2013. She is in a much more dramatic cover story than we saw yesterday in Nylon. It is all fifties movie making. I think. And involves couture.

The magazine is one of the big ones in Canada, and so it is no surprise that they asked Alexa about that in the interview. Which takes the same form as her book, largely, comprising scribbles, typing and line drawings that she does.

Alexa has also been spotted around New York City this week, in her inimitable style, combining Chanel and thrift store in a happy union. As only she really can do. As she says, her style is hers. And we love it.
