It has been a while since Anne Hathaway has been out on a red carpet. Personally I felt that her last promo tour was so full of unspeakable lows and some sensational highs, that she needed to go away and think about what she had done. And come back with a more consistent, personal approach to her style. I believe I even concluded that she shouldn't be left alone to dress herself. That's what stylists are for. Sadly, I don't believe that a stylist was involved in her first foray back.

The peach J.Mendel tunic is sweet enough. Nice bright colour and pleasant attitude. So far so good. Sadly that cut over the bust is unflattering. The selection of shoes is a disappointment. Silver sandals anyone? And really. How hard could it have been to put on a slash of lip colour OR a nice eye? C'mon. This isn't so hard, surely?
