Emmy Rossum must be one of the prettiest dressers in Hollywood. I mean she really brings femininity to pretty much everything she wears. It helps that she is so incredibly pretty. Even if you didn't pick that up in Shameless. But also that her personal style is just so lovely. It makes me happy. Like this Oscar de la Renta dress that she wore yesterday to the CFDA Fashion Fund event at Chateau Marmont. Lovely. Don't you think?
