Seriously. How awesome does this chick look? Kate Hudson wore a bold red, form fitted Prabal Gurung gown to an amfAR event in LA at the end of last week. And looked incredible. It helps that the lady is much like her mother, Goldie Hawn, lithe of limb and svelte of body. But I don't love everything she wears. THIS, however, is perfect. This is dressing for one's shape. This is style.

Even from behind it is interesting and well-fitted and the cool messy hair do is the perfect antidote to the sweeping ball gown — just dressing it down enough to prevent it from all looking a bit stuffy. Yay.
