It has been a hard working weekend for the cast of the new Oscar-tipped movie 12 Years a Slave. With plenty of promotional work to be done, the starring actress, Kenyan Lupita Nyong'o had her work cut out for her to maintain her unblemished record of style wins. And she certainly did in London last night in this form-fitted black and silver Christopher Kane dress.

Earlier in the weekend, Lupita had deviated from her strict style of fitted dresses to wear this incredibly pretty floral Erdem dress that flared out at the skirt. But it looked so good — and she still had her impressive arms on show — so it worked with the rest of her signature style.

Not quite as effective was this blouse, blazer and skirt by Prada. But since I absolutely LOVE the look in its entirety for myself, I am going to completely forgive the deviation and award top marks. Which was your favourite look from the weekend? Let me know.
