This may be one of the few rare local covers I have had on the blog. And that is because this is a GENIUS cover. I have tweeted about the SA Elle November cover quite a bit already. But it deserves a proper nod and cap doffing. It is bright. It is sun-shiney. It is so vivid in its message to the browser of the newsstand — 'buy me, I'm jolly and fun and packed full of fashion for summer' it literally and aesthetically shouts. And then there is Solange. Wearing a top by Tart and shorts by Loin Cloth & Ashes and bangles by Pichulik. Right there. Local designers on an international face. Looking perfectly suitable. Done deal. I've bought it. And so will you probably. Excellent job Elle team.
