Did you know that Marc Jacobs had a bookstore called Bookmarc in New York City? What? Well, now that I know, I shall be visiting it next time I am there. Alexa Chung did so yesterday, as she continues to promote her new book It.

Of course she wore Marc Jacobs to the event. Would have been rude not to. I really like this. It is a bit different for her — with the longer length and flashy sequin — but she has Chunged it up with the chunky cable-knit jumper and clipped back hair. As usual I am totally smitten with this look. And the book. I just wish everyone else was too.
