It has been a few days of Monaco National Day celebrations, and onse Princess Charlene of Monaco (and Benoni) has been consistently wearing her favourite European designer, Akris, across all the various functions and responsibilities. Frankly after her spectacular array of Ralph Lauren in the States recently, this is all something of a disappointment, but I did really love how she looked in this sleek and elegant white trouser suit that she wore for the Red Cross Gifts Distribution. Amazing.

Then there was this emerald velvet fitted sheath that she wore to accompany her husband Prince Albert the MONAA Charity Gala.

She looked fantastic in it, to be fair. I just wish her hair had been styled more 'up and back' than 'up and to the side' which makes it look a bit mumsy. But GREAT lip colour, right? I am totally enjoying her experimentation with lips right now. Great fun.

And then there was the Akris wrap coat for the formal events. fabulous coat. Terrible hat. I mean, absolutely terrible. What on earth was she thinking? It just makes her head look TINY. Ridiculous. No?
