The Hunger Games: Catching Fire promotional tour rolled into two major cities last night. Elizabeth Banks hit up Oslo and the boys and Jennifer Lawrence set Madrid alight. At the photo call earlier in the day, J-Law trotted out a cool sporty Alexander McQueen crop top and skirt vibe. I thought it looked great and suits her new hair cut. But even I — a devotee of the Jimmy Choo — could see that the shoes were too formal for this look.

And then it was on to the premier in the evening. For the red carpet affair, Jennifer wore Dior. As ever. And while this navy blue strapless gown with the sheer panel was more modern and cool than her previous efforts, I still didn't absolutely adore it.

What I did love was that she looked young and fresh and natural. This hair is WORKING for her. It's fantastic. I can't get enough of it. But the Dior must still go please. Leave it to Natalie Portman. She's handling things in that department. Thank you.
