Look, I am not a fan of Jennifer Lopez' glitter-tastic sheer style. I feel it is entirely over played and dated now. I mean, if you have seen her in one Zuhair Murad sheer, spangled body stocking, you have seen them all. Not denying that she looks AMAZING of course. It's just that I am over it. She is better than this — sticking to one thing over and over and over and over again.

So imagine my delight when after the American Music Awards on Sunday night, JLo stepped out in a black crop top and full skirt by DSquared² for a dinner appointment. Ahhh, like we can all breathe again and enjoy what she has to offer.

It's not like she didn't do an extraordinary performance at the AMAs, turning out in celebration of salsa queen Celia Cruz in no less than three outfits. But I was kinda irritated with them. I mean no one wants a hairy snatch — even if it is couture from Zuhair Murad. And the salsa dress is just hideous. But I did like the bedazzled black kaftan by Naeem Khan. To be fair not her most sexy look, but a relief after all the others. No?
