Oh my goodness. Have you ever seen such an impressive cover? I mean the annual actresses cover of The Hollywood Reporter is legendary for highlighting Oscar winners and emerging stars. But this year it is a cover of substance. Proper quality.

It doesn't hurt of course that Oprah is on the cover and in the mix. It's not often that they have someone of her calibre to play with.

But it also has some of my absolute favourites. Like Emma Thompson. Who makes me just delight in the whole world of film and acting. She is such a marvel. And so cool.

Also there is breakthrough star of the year, Lupita Nyong'o. We love her for being an amazing looking and talented African woman. We love her for her STYLE. Man, has she brought it this year. And we can't wait to see what she wears for awards season.

There is also the irrepressible Julia Roberts who, like Sandy Bullock, is almost impossible not to love. And she is really growing into her style as she ages. Love it.

There is Octavia Spencer who has been here before. But we love her for being self deprecating and real and having one of the most successful style relationships in the world right now with her designer of choice, Tadashi Shoji. Together they changed things for bigger actresses on the red carpet.

And finally there is Amy Adams. A woman who knows the meaning of a princess dress and never fails to deliver on an awards red carpet. Suddenly I am beyond excited. Only weeks to go now.
