I think that this dress is just delightful. I love the shawl collar, the full flare skirt and the old school hair and make up stylings. Yes, it is Emma Stone announcing all the nominees for the 2013 Academy Awards alongside Seth MacFarlane. And it is designed by Andrew Gn who is having a cracker of a past 12 months on the red carpet.

A couple of days before, Emma wore black J.Mendel to appear on TV to promote her new movie. The cut outs and the splits balance out the shift to make it more fun. And the red lip is perfect. Love this chick.
