Strewth. Let's just get this out the way. The best dressed gal on the red carpet of the 2013 Oscars was, no diggity, no doubt, onse Charlize Theron. She was wearing white couture Dior with a beaded peplum. Seriously stunning. I mean when I saw her walking onto the red carpet, the word WOW just tripped out of my mouth. Out loud. On my own. Done.
