As is often the case with these trends, Dolce & Gabbana are to blame. In a good way, of course. Daisy Lowe wore one of their now signature floral prom dresses, hers with a sweetheart neckline, to the Elle Style Awards this week. It is one of those things that girls everywhere go 'ahhhh'. It's not that we would all wear such a dress. It's just that it is a fairy tale dress. And we all like a bit of pretty sometimes.

Sophie Ellis Bexter also went there at the Elle Awards. This is very much her signature style anyway, but I love the look on her so it is always worth posting.

The very next evening the lovely Mila Kunis also wore Dolce & Gabbana in a very similar style, this time the floral was in lace and the colour much more subdued. But never losing anything in the pretty. Sigh. Would you wear the prom dress style? Let me know.
