I was intrigued by Reese Witherspoon's latest phase of her style tour of parking lots and malls. She seems to have settled into a black and white vibe — but punching it up with bold, dramatic, solid neons like this hot pink blouse.

As for the rest, the skirts, hats, denim jackets and designer handbags are all some nice re-wears, but she is playing off the black and white base beautifully with these in-your-face colours. I think it is smart and a great way to refresh the trend. Tips taken.
