There has been some debate over these covers of Rihanna for UK Elle, April 2013. But I really like them. Let me tell you why. I love Rihanna when she has short pixie hair. It is usually when she is single, taking control of her life and feeling good. She wears Louis Vuitton SS13 here and I think she looks like the Rihanna I like, all bold lips and subtle sex.

She wears Prada in this second cover — and by the way, both the skirts on the covers are from her River Island collection. (Which I don't really like but good for her for doing it.) I wish we had this Rihanna all the time. If only she could cut that boyfriend of hers loose, let go of this creature with a nasty temper and an immature attitude. Fingers crossed, one day.
