I know that not all of you are as taken with Alexa Chung as I am. But she and I have been fantasy book club mates for more than two years now, so I feel like I know her quite well. And it has been a torrid old year for her. Not least of which was disappointing all of us at the recent Met Gala in that Marc Jacobs monstrosity of an outfit. We shall speak of it no more. But last night she redeemed herself a bit and went and charmed us all over again with her quirky hipster-chic style and dry humour. And fun personality. Oh, and those super-awesome YSL shoes. And the Carven blouse. That I do believe we all want in our wardrobes. No matter what our style, right? Please. Moving on.
