Sometimes I have to agree with the people who don't work in fashion. Sometimes — not very often mind — I actually think that fashion is just stupid. Like today. Going through this series of photographs of lovely Eva Longoria in these SEVEN INCH (that's 15cm for metric folk) snakeskin platforms just made me a bit cross. That's just the bit on the front of the shoe, not the heel. I mean she had to hang onto something every few steps to keep her balance... If that isn't crazy I don't know what is.

It's not like I didn't see it coming. These silly platform courts have been getting ever more ridiculously higher over the past few years. I blame the Kardashians mostly. But it has now got out of control. Here is the message folks: if you can't actually walk in them, don't wear them. No matter how 'fashionable' they are. The end.
