It's not technically true that onse Charlize Theron wore one outfit in Johannesburg, whilst she was here in South Africa, and then hopped on a plane, flew the 10 hours or so to Rome, wearing the same outfit. And landed on the other side looking amazing and stylish and gorgeous. But it almost is true.

You can see her here looking her usual beautiful self, working with some local groups to help spread awareness of HIV/AIDS prevention. So far so awesome. She is wearing a pair of black jeans and buckle boots. And has an orange t-shirt on, which started out with a black jacket.

Then she lands in Rome. She has on the exact same jeans and boots. All that has changed is her top, which has gone from the orange t-shirt to a snakeskin oversized blouse. Very comfy and stylish. Perfectly played for a trip like this.

Later Charlize obviously settled into her hotel, had a shower and popped on another pair of dark skinny denims, a pair of heels and her usual shell top. Very lovely.
