I love this laser cut leather skirt with movement and flow. It's not often you get leather and movement in one garment. Of course it is also by Nicole Richie — from her Winter Kate collection — which she wears better than anyone. She paired the skirt with a black top by Mugler, shoes by Jimmy Choo and a clutch from her other label, House of Harlow, in a beautiful punch of yellow. Doesn't she look grand.
