Spanish jewellery makers, Carrera y Carrera, have just names Olivia Palermo as the face of their new collection. Pretty socialite and blogger, Olivia was also announced as the new ambassador for Rochas fragrance back in February. Go Olivia.

This campaign pictures her as demure and pretty — which she is — but leaves out her high street edge which I think is a pity. I think that she comes off looking a bit bland and old fashioned instead of her usual fashion-fierce. What do you guys think?

Olivia also tweeted a picture of herself on her yacht-related holidays, wearing a Free People dress. The yacht belongs to Valentino. So. You know. She is connected. Sigh.
