So there was a Chanel event in New York City on Monday night. And newly married Blake Lively turned up as she is a bit fan / supporter / face / muse of Kaiser Karl Lagerfeld. And of course we were interested in her outfit — we always are. Buuuut, I was kind more interested to see how she was carrying off this married thing. And how her gigantic (although not has gigantic as Jennifer Aniston's) ring would work with her whole look.

Sadly it was not to be. The dress had pockets. And usually we whoop for a pocket. Love a dress with a pocket. But this time, it meant that Blake hid her paws in the dress and we couldn't see the ring. Note to Blake: We are going to see it eventually lady. Stop playing so coy. It doesn't befit you.
PS: there were lots of other cool girls at the event, including Alexa, that Diane, Elle, etc. But everyone looked a bit odd. Like no one had a proper outfit to wear, so I am just going to focus on Blake's hidden ring for now. Hope that's ok.
