Is it possible to not dazzle in Jenny Packham, one really must ask? There have been several ladies of late, about which I have written this headline. And today it is the turn of the pretty actress Emmy Rossum, who was all bedecked in spangle to attend the philharmonic in LA this week.

This is a very far cry from her usual wardrobe on her series US TV series Shameless, of course. But I really think that she looks incredible. The jewellery is bold enough to hold its own in the face of such a dress. And her features are, in turn, also striking enough to survive both the dress and the jewels, and make sure everything is in perfect balance. Great look. Really. I am properly impressed.
