Oh, it has been way too long since we have seen a classic Florence Welch ensemble. With sich a distinct style aesthetic, it is always refreshing to see what she wears to a big event as you know it is not going to be cookie-cutter standard stuff. And so it is with this Valentino that she wore to the American Natural History Museum Gala 2013 last night in New York city.

This dress is definitely hallmark Valentino, but it looks like it was made for Flo. It may come from the Spring 2014 collection but it has just the right amount of vintage about it. And it is perfect for her. I love this union. Long may it last.
