It was Madrid's turn yesterday. Their turn for the Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2 franchise to roll into town and turn all the kids a bit giddy. I, of course, am always giddy at the prospect of a couple of new frocks, so imagine my pleasure when Kristen Stewart stepped out at the photo call in this spectacularly fine Julien McDonald illusion dress. This style has been working very well for Kristen and this was a smidge better than the rest with that embellished neckline to pump it up. A solid 8/10 for this look.

The actual premier was not quite as successful an outfit — mostly due to the poor fit — although I loved the colour and the flair of the youthful Christian Dior dress. But it was the Barbara Bui shoes really gave this outing a few extra points as this was a departure for Kritsen. A 6.5/10 awarded for this look.

Obviously we are coming off the London premier where Kristen controversially wore the Zuhair Murad black sheer and lace jumpsuit which made her look something like an ice dancer. I think it was in the just-off length of the trouser leg. And that weird bum covering. Not for me, although I thought Kristen herself looked lovely. So it was a 5/10 for the skater vibes.

Right now though, everything is competing with this look. Worn by Kristen last week. It is an A.L.C. leather dress and another pair of Barbara Bui 'biker' shoes and I think it is the absolute best she has ever looked. A 9/10. So match that at the next premier please lady. Thanks.
