Taylor Swift looked exquisite on Wednesday evening as she attended the 2012 Aria Awards (Australian Grammy Awards) in Sydney, dressed in an ethereal Elie Saab gown from the spring 2013 collection.

The dress had lace inset panels on the sides, banded bodice detail and a full gathered silk skirt that fell on the floor with that wonderful heft that makes everything flow JUST PERFECTLY.

Taylor's hair and make up were beautifully done, showing off her prettiness without overdoing anything. I was really impressed with that hair roll, and wondered if she travelled with a hair person like Princess Kate does?

Later Taylor performed at the awards, changing her outfit into her red, white and blue 60s Americana vibes with a letterman jacket and lace up brogues.

I don't think that anyone could deny that the girl brought her a-game to Australia. Let's hope she will be in South Africa soon, flying our flag and giving all her fans here a great show, with great outfits for me to get excited by. Fingers crossed.
