I just think that the best thing about British style is that it is unexpected and unpolished. I love that Poppy Delevingne, fresh off her hen weekend, turned up at last night's 2013 British Fashion Awards in a cute little piano keys silk dress from Emilia Wickstead. And then paired it with baby pink shoes and bed-head hair. Somehow it all comes together perfectly for the occasion. I love it.
