Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, in DvF As She Leaves Hospital
With the entire world agog at the announcement of a royal baby, Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, was treated for the effects of suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum. Poor thing. Can't be  pleasant at all. And yet, on her departure from hospital, she managed to debut a new coat — this one a navy plaid Diane von Furstenburg with a frilled cuff and shoulder. Which I thought was jolly nice, and rather desirable.
Kate also tied her hair in a half-up style that I can live with due to the lack of tumbling curls — I don't suppose you get your regular hair attention in a hospital. I'm not suggesting that Kate is being a diva at all. I am simply pointing out how lovely things can be when they are more NATURAL rather than the interminable use of curling tongs.
So generally I think that she looks lovely and certainly said she was feeling 'much better, thank you.' I would like to get my grubby paws on her scarf and tie it in a more modern style. I would also like to flatten out those boots at the top edge. I love that they are flat and worn-in. I just wish they weren't fancy up-top. That's all. Over to you.
