I have always liked this Kerry Washington. Always. But I didn't really know much about her other than that she wore gorgeous dresses and always looks pretty on a red carpet. Hey, I've liked people for less than that! But now I know why I like her. She is an amazing actress as well. So now I feel completely justified in posting her every lovely dress. We are used to seeing Kerry in pretty, ladylike dresses, so I thought that this leather one from A.L.C. was a refreshing change and super cool. Have you guys noticed how many ladies are wearing A.L.C. these days? Very interesting.
Oh, and if we just go back to the subject of Kerry for a minute, she is also looking lovely on the cover of Uptown magazine, in which she talks about playing the slave girl in Django Unchained, as well as the empowered lawyer in Scandal (or as we know it here in SA, The Fixer).
In the inside photos — which I don't think show her off to her best — she wears items from Isabel Marant, Pamela Love,Moschino and others.
What do you think about Kerry Washington? Poised for Oscar success and mega-stardom? Or good, hard-working actress? Or do we just get to continue enjoying her presence on red carpets in great clothes? I'll take any of these frankly.
