Style Guide Sale: Choos, Church and Chanel
So I did a wardrobe clear out the other day. I am pretty ruthless with my wardrobe — and things that I don't wear or use have to go. I did give a friend a pair of my Jimmy Choos. But I couldn't give them all away, so I thought that I would ask you guys if you are interested in taking them off my hands for a good price. Think of it as a little gift for yourself at the end of a long year. So first up is a pair of plum silk satin Jimmy Choo strappy heels that I wore to a wedding. Sadly the wedding was in the forest and I did a lot of dancing so the soles are a little worn, but I have only used them this once. They are a size 7 and I am looking at selling them for only R1,500.
This is a spectacular pair of Jimmy Choos — all silver chain mail wedges and straps — with leather ankle ties that are surprisingly comfortable. I have worn these twice. I love them but they just don't work with the rest of my style so they have to go. They are a size 7.5 but are a reasonably easy fit for anyone 7 — 8. I am also looking at R1,500 for these.
Then there is this pair of classic ladies penny loafers from Church's. This is the real deal. The originals. I have worn these for exactly one and half hours ever. And they retail for £300 new. They are a size 6.5/7 and I only want R1,900 for them.
Finally there is my baby. My vintage Chanel 2.55. Never used. Ever. Which is why it has to go despite the fact that I spent more than a year finding it and buying it. I paid £2,000 for it, but I think that I can let it go for about R18,000 ono. It comes with authenticity cards and a dust bag.
Of course this exact bag has been seen on Blake Lively, Nicole Richie, Lauren Conrad amongst others. If you are interested in buying any of these pieces please leave your email details in the comments section below and I will contact you asap. I look forward to hearing from you.
