2014 Golden Globes Red Carpet Best Dressed: Black and Gold
Look Michelle Dockery has some stunning moments, and some that are no more than meh. But this is GORGEOUS. On the 2014 Golden Globes last night Lady Mary wore classic Oscar de la Renta dress in beaded soft gold. And it was just beautiful. I love the length. I love the happiness. I love the look. I could do a dance of joy for this.
Also looking drop dead fabulous was Julianna Margulies. She was wearing black and gold Andrew Gn in a dress that I would wear in a heartbeat. The same colour combination was just the ticket for the wonderfully eccentric Emma Thompson, who looked anything but crazy in her vintage Lanvin. She is just perfect.
Cate Blanchett wore a high-neck Giorgio Armani lace dress with a wonderfully arresting open back detail that took it to the next level. Classy. Always.
Kelly Osborne, who isn't always classy, wore this Escada black dress with gold leave applique detail on the shoulders and back. And wow. Love the chopped hair. Love the shoe choice — sandals rather than those awful peep-toe platforms she usually goes for. And super sleek dress of joy. No complaints here. You?
