The amazing Ms Lily Allen has just returned to the UK from Cape Town, where she spent the holidays and shot her new music video. While she was here, she did a fabulous and gracious job of loving everything about our city from the landscapes to the nail technicians and most of the best restaurants. And telling all her followers about it. So first of all, thank you lady.

Also, Lily is a proud feminist and so many people are scared of saying that these days. I simply don't understand it. But as fellow proud feminist, I thank her again for her songs and dance about it.
