Aside from onse Charlize who we have already discussed today — best dressed winner — there were several other ladies who brought it to the 2013 Oscars Red Carpet, all dressed in shades of pale. Starting with Jennifer Lawrence in the most delicate pale pink custom Dior. And a back to front Chopard necklace.

Of course she looks spectacular. Not necessarily just because of her style, but because the combination of her dramatic slimming down, her natural personality and the drama of the dress all came together rather brilliantly on the night.

I could say I don't care that she tripped and landed flat on her face on her way to collect her award, but frankly I do. Because it makes me like her all the more. She is not polished. She is so terribly real and honest and authentic. In a world of Anne Hathaway speeches, J-Law falls on her face. I love her.

Also looking good in white were Zoe Saldana in Alexis Mabille who brought it with a bit of accent and contrast, Amy Adams who looked very pretty in Oscar de la Renta (again, SO WISH she would bloody wear so colour, though) and Queen Latifah who is wearing the hell out of Badgley Mischka. She really did look cracking. What did you think?
