So we have established that we have come to love Lily Allen due to the fact that she is awesome. And a feminist. And funny. And talented. So yay, she is back. And this week she was supporting the Centrepoint charity Ultimate Pub Quiz event in London. For the occasion she wore Roland Mouret.

This is the most flattering outfit, like, ever. The white panels at the side narrow her entire hip and thigh region. And the folded faux-peplum detail at the waist only demonstrates how tiny it is. The black long sleeve and deep v-neck elongate the torso. It is genius really. And while I LOVE those Alaia booties in theory, together with this sleek look they are a disaster, making the bottom half so much heavier than it needed to be. But hey, it's Lily. She can do whatever she likes. Because she is awesome. Fact.
