You know how I always say, three times is a trend, well ch-ch-check this out peeps. I am not sure why I have noticed it — clearly my life is not full enough — but look at these three awesome ladies wearing navy blue and punching up the style with chic orange belts. First we had lovely Ginnifer Goodwin (so far definitely in my top five best dressed this year). She is wearing a navy Roksanda Ilincic silk dress with an orange ribbon belt. She has also gone one step further (too far?) and accessorised this combo with bright pink. I like it.

Then there was the adorable Zooey Deschanel, who wore a navy Wren dress to a screening of New Girl. She added a double orange belt to this situation. And her signature black tights. Cute, right?

And then there was the ever elegant Mandy Moore who very subtly added an orange belt to her dark denim jeans and threw a Barbara Bui navy and tweed jacket over it all just this weekend.
You won't find this trend on any list or trend forecasts, but it is how ladies are dressing out there. I like it. It is a cool colour combination and I will be investing in an orange belt forthwith. Will you?
