Out shooting in on the streets of New York last week, Blake Lively is showing us a little of what her style will be like in the final series of Gossip Girl. I am quite sad about it being the last season. I know. It is past its best now. But still. No more glimpses of Blake in Marc Jacobs like she is here in the blue draped dress (with pockets). Also note those peach Dior sandals.

Also no more funky Alice + Olivia punches of citrus, paired with amazing turquoise Christian Louboutin shoes. Sigh.

What I did find interesting about these images was some of the trickery that goes on. For example, where the sound pack sits. And how Blake wears flats when she is shot from the waist up and talking to the boys as they are shorter than her in heels. Then she switches the shoes up to shoot the full length scenes. Cool.
