Last night in New York it was the screening for the new Woody Allen movie — Blue Jasmine. As we have discussed, it stars the wonderous Cate Blanchett. Attending the screening was Solange Knowles. And for the occasion she popped on a Prada skirt and jacket.

What is funny to me is that when I saw this Prada collection on the runway, I hated it. I mean really shocked-to-my-core-at-how-much-I-hated-it. And then Solange comes along. Throws a few pieces on. Looks strange and cool and unexpected and mercurial. And suddenly I love it. But only on Solange. What do you think?
