I am going to sway this vote right from the start. I think that Miley Cyrus wore it best. You may have a different opinion, but I think that bit is a dead certainty. The thing I find fascinating is HOW MANY Hollywood ladies were prepared to wear this Valentino piece — even after it was first photographed and widely distributed on a star — last year.

Beginning in October 2012 Gwyneth Paltrow wore this black and white strapless jumpsuit by Valentino to her birthday celebrations. I remember it well as there were no clear images of her in it and it looked fabulous. But soon enough we all had a good chat about it here on the blog when Lena Dunham wore it in January. Remember it here. In April socialite Jaime Tisch wore it as well as a young actress called Katherine Castro. And then in May Miley wore the jumpsuit. And shut it down. In my opinion. What's fascinating is that it is a jumpsuit. One of the hardest pieces to sell in a retail store. And it was worn by Gwyneth and Lena quite noticeably. So it is doubly unusual that all these other ladies wore it afterwards. It just goes to show you the power of the jumpsuit. And black and white. Amazing.
