Sienna Miller is a gorgeous, magical girl-human who seems to look amazing in everything she throws on. But apparently she also has a social conscience, and took to her platform late last week to speak out at the Clinton Global Initiative. At the reception afterwards she was resplendent in Alexander McQueen, not letting her style standards slip just because she was doing something serious.

I have no idea of course what she was speaking on, or why, but I am always heartened when celebrities are thinking about issues and taking a stand.

Her outfit for the conference was a little more ordinary — a black suit and white shirt, just like any of us might wear — but she kept things fashion with the ankle boots and the mussy hair. Not too corporate thankfully.
